  • this is technically the best option because if the source file is updated, then we have automatically the most updated file
  • there is no duplication, no inconsistencies
  • we do not "store" the file (less server load)
  • little manual intervention

  • this option is the most user friendly for the reader because we can manipulate the way the user sees the file as below examples.
